Who are the authors of "Werner & Ingbar's The Thyroid Eleventh Edition" ?

Lewis E. Braverman (March 30, 1929 – June 10, 2019) was a U.S. endocrinologist who specialized in thyroid gland problems. He discovered that humans converted thyroxine to triiodothyronine. He was a mentor to physicians for over 40 years.

David S. Cooper is an endocrinologist in Baltimore, Maryland and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area. Dr. Cooper is internationally known in the thyroid and endocrine community for his work treating Graves’ disease and subclinical thyroid disease, and various aspects of the diagnosis and management of thyroid cancer.

Peter Kopp is a Professor of Medicine and Médecin Chef in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetology and Metabolism at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland
