Who are the authors of "Surgical Exposures in Orthopaedics : An Anatomic Approach 6th edition" ?

Piet de Boer : British orthopedist. Member of Royal College Surgeons (England).

Dr. Richard Buckley has been on the active medical staff in Calgary since 1990. He is a Professor in the Department of Surgery, in the Division of Orthopaedic Trauma. His active clinical practice is that of orthopaedic trauma and he is extremely active in teaching undergraduate, and post graduate medicine. He has been involved in the Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship in Calgary, with nearly 50 International Fellows under his tutelage. 

Stanley Hoppenfeld (July 31, 1934 - May 15, 2020) was an Orthopedic Surgery Specialist in New York, NY and had over 62 years of experience in the medical field. 

He published 14 peer-reviewed studies but is best known for authoring 7 textbooks on musculoskeletal disorders. These are still well-known to medical students and residents today. Examples include the “Surgical Exposure in Orthopaedics. The Anatomical Approach”, one of the all-time best selling textbooks that was translated into numerous languages, “Physical Examination of the Spine and Extremities” and “Orthopaedic Neurology. A Diagnostic Guide to Neurologic Levels”.
