Who are the authors of "The Ophthalmic Laser Handbook" ?

Lars Freisberg : Dr. Lars Freisberg is an ophthalmologist in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He received his medical degree from University of Marburg Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Nate Lighthizer : Dr. Nate Lighthizer is an Associate Professor and the Associate Dean for the NSU Oklahoma College of Optometry. He also is the Director of the Continuing Medical Education Program for the College of Optometry, and the Chief of the Specialty Care Clinics.

Leonid Skorin, Jr. : Dr. Skorin is a Consultant in the Department of Surgery, Community Division of Ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea, MN (USA) and is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. 

Karl Stonecipher : Dr. Karl G. Stonecipher is an ophthalmologist in Greensboro, North Carolina and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital and University of North Carolina Hospitals, NC, USA.
