He has more than 70 peer reviewed international publications and has delivered numerous guest lectures, oral and poster presentations in several national and international meetings.

Dr R. Rajeswaran was the vice president of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Chapter of Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (2019-2020).

He was awarded the Prof Ida Scudder Oration in 2017 by the Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Chapter of Indian Radiological and Imaging association
