Who are the authors of "Goodheart's Same-Site Differential Diagnosis 2nd Edition" ?

Dr. Herbert Goodheart, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology is a Voluntary Attending holding an academic rank of the Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. His professional experience includes private practice in New York City and Poughkeepsie, New York.  Dr. Goodheart served as Director of Dermatology at the Kaiser-Permanente Health Plan, Poughkeepsie, New York; as Director of Dermatology, North Central Bronx Hospital, Bronx, New York; and most recently, as Director of Dermatology at Elmhurst Hospital Center, Elmhurst, New York, (USA). He has been associated with Mount Sinai since 2002 where he has been actively involved in teaching dermatology residents and medical students.

Dr. Mercedes E. Gonzalez is a dermatologist in Coral Gables, Florida (USA) and is affiliated with Nicklaus Children's Hospital. She received her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and has been in practice between 11-20 years.
