He is the John E. Hall Professor at Harvard Medical School and Orthopaedic Surgeon-in-Chief at Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Waters serves as an expert for the Department of Orthopedics for Boston Children's Hospital Precision Medicine Service.

Dr. David L. Skaggs is the Co-director of the Cedars-Sinai Spine Center, Director of Pediatric Orthopaedics and Executive Vice-Chair of the Department of Orthopaedics. Los Angeles, CA, USA.
